LeoBold Inc. has been busy digitizing school boundaries and has now released it on their website for the public to view for free. A good school is the number one factor for new parents when buying a home but there is no website that combines real estate listings, school boundaries, and rankings in one place until now.
Previously, parents had to search for model homes by driving around looking for sales center signs. Then they would spend weeks researching and visiting individual schools. Most parents don’t know how to find school ranking or school boundary information on the internet.
Many school boards don’t publicize their school boundaries and when they do it is in a PDF format, which isn’t as convenient as seeing it on a Google Map.
